What should I do if I need to report a repair?

Emergencies

If it is a genuine emergency and you have to call out a contractor, and they are not one of our approved contractors, be extremely careful who you choose. If you are overcharged, your landlord may not reimburse all your costs. Always agree the fee in advance.
